2026 SSG Matt Weikert Scholarship (Rotary Club of Jacksonville). $1,000 to seniors attending a vocational school, technical school, or community college (no 4 year institutions). Must reside in Cass, Greene, Morgan, or Scott counties. Due: March 2, 2026
BJC Scholars Health Equity Scholarship (Funded by Alton Memorial Hospital & administered by The Scholarship Foundation of St. Louis). Up to $10,000 per year and renewable up to 10 semesters to students pursuing degrees in healthcare, preferably in high demand or hard-to-recruit positions. Must be a resident and student of Madison, Jersey, Macoupin, Calhoun, or Greene county. Must demonstrate significant financial need. Must have a minimum of 2.0 GPA. Due: April 15, 2026
JCH Medical Education Fund/Loan Scholarship. Seniors pursuing healthcare fields. $1,000 loan per semester, up to 8 semesters, and loan is forgiven for individuals completing their programs and applying their skills back in the hospital service area of Jersey, Calhoun, or Greene county.
