North Greene JH Boys Basketball kicks off the season with wins on the road against Pleasant Hill. The 7th grade team won 27-22, while the 8th grade squad came from behind to down the Wolves, 37-28.

After leading 20-13 at the half, the Spartan Football team fell to Mendon Unity, 41-26 on Friday.
An Admissions rep from Western Illinois University will be in the Commons during lunches on Wed. Oct. 16th. Students can apply to WIU for free during the week of Oct. 20-26. There is a Law Enforcement Open House at WIU on Nov. 11th from 9-3.
NG Volleyball had a tough day at the Beardstown Tournament on Saturday, losing matches to Havana, PORTA, Rushville, and Beardstown. The Lady Spartans look to get back on track as they host Beardstown on Tuesday.
