To update our students, parents and community members for Tuesday, 11/24/20, North Greene JR/SR High School will be dismissing virtually at 10:49AM after the completion of 2nd Hour, so that students and staff are able to attend the Graveside Service for Mr. Heitzig. There will be a private burial mass at St. Francis Catholic Church in Jerseyville at 11:30AM, with a procession to St. Francis Cemetery following the mass for Graveside Rites. The family welcomes the NG students and staff to pay their respects to Mr. Heitzig and join them for the procession and service at the cemetery. Any students and staff interested should arrive at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church at 506 S. State Street in Jerseyville by 12:15PM to join the procession.
Remember tutoring/ homework organization is from 2:30-4:30 this afternoon. Have your student come in the North entrance #4. Thank you!
Socially distant tutoring starts Monday November 23rd in the gym from 2:30-4:30. All students who want to participate must self certify, have their temperature taken, where a mask, and sit 6 feet apart from each other. If your student is struggling with failing grades and needs help to get their work organized before Thanksgiving break, send them to tutoring/homework organization time. We’re here to help, but you have to meet us 1/2 way!!
Dear Senior Parents,
Many of you have had, or will have your child's Senior pictures taken by someone outside of the company that takes them at the school. The yearbook staff would like to let you know we are able to place those pictures into the yearbook this year. We will need a hard copy of the picture to scan and return, or a jpeg/digital copy sent to our email at the school. If you would like to take the opportunity to do this, please send the picture in with your student, making sure it gets to Mrs. Thomas at the high school, or send the digital copy to ngyearbook@northgreene.com with the name of the student in the subject line of the email.

A reminder to parents and students: While North Greene JR/SR High is on full Remote Learning, we will continue to follow our usual class schedule. Students will be responsible for attending their classes online. Attached is our class schedule.
Attached is the North Greene JR/SR High School updated bell schedule for the 2:30PM dismissal, Tuesday-Friday, as well as the Remote Learning Monday period schedule.
Any junior or senior interested in a health occupations class for spring semester, offered through Lewis and Clark, please see Ms. Ford ASAP. The class will be offered 11:20-12:05 on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the district office. Lewis and Clark will be at the high school soon to test for eligibility for dual credit classes for spring.
