North Greene JR/SR High Technology and Textbook Rollout kicks off on Wednesday morning at 9:00AM for Seniors and Juniors. Instructions for pick up are as follows. Pull up to the Blue tent in the bus lane and remain in your car. A representative will meet you at your window to get you the materials that you need. You may pick up younger siblings materials as well, so that parents do not have to make a second trip up to the school. Lunch and Breakfast service will begin on Wednesday as well, and those may be picked up between 11:00AM-1:00PM. Bus route delivery of meals will be between 10:00AM-12:00PM. If you have scheduled an appointment to meet your teacher for a Tech Tutorial, please park in the North lot, and enter through door #4. Someone will be there to greet you, and escort you to the gym. Please wear a mask upon entering the building.
We would like to invite all students, grades 7th-12th who play one or more sports for North Greene, to join our chapter of Fellowship of Chrisitan Athletes. We are excited to bring a sports ministry to our school and to help grow the hearts of the competitors, and unite their faith and athletics! If you are interested in participating or would like more information about the program, please contact our FCA leaders with the contact information provided.

North Greene Athletics Update:
Good morning. There have been several positive cases of Covid-19 just recently flood the North Greene Community, with many of our community members, students, and their families being exposed. At this time North Greene Unit District #3 is shutting down all extra-curricular activities until further notice. Primarily this will affect JH Baseball, JH Softball, and HS/JH Cross Country. North Greene administration has been in constant conversation with the Greene County Health Department over the recent surge in positive cases in our area, and we will continue to rely on them for guidance about when it will be safe to resume athletics and extra-curricular events in our area. I know we were very close to being able to offer the opportunities for our young people to participate in athletics, but right now the risk of exposure for them is just too great. Please keep yourself and your families safe, and adhere to the health and safety guidelines that have been put in place. Our diligence in combating this virus, and following the safety guidelines, will be the difference in how quickly we get our student athletes back to playing.

NGHS Update:
New elective open to juniors and senior students, for this school year. Students will gain a basic knowledge of minor home repairs that can be used for a lifetime.
The IESA has released a schedule change for the 20-21 school year that is similar to the IHSA's changes.
